Once again we were honoured to be asked – for the 25th year – to dress the tennis champions for the Wimbledon Championship Dinner held at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. The dinner was hosted by Annabel Croft, who also wore one of our dresses. And this year’s Champion, Petra Kvitova (below), looked stunning in a gown by French designer Nicole Bacti.
Dressing the champions is a fantastic all-day event for us on finals day… We set up in the ladies changing room at the All England Club – with rails of dresses and accessories – and the players come to see us to select their outfit. We offer our usual personal styling to everyone and Ella the make-up artist is on hand to add finishing touches, including covering up white sun tan marks! This year was extra special in that we dressed three Wimbledon Singles Champions: Petra Kvitova (left), Marion Bartoli (right) and Martina Navratilova (above). We offer our congratulations and thanks to one and all for yet another spectacular year at the world’s best tennis event!
