Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We work by appointment to ensure every client receives unhurried, personal attention and a professional fitting experience.
What happens at a fitting?
A fitting is a calm, unhurried experience. We begin by understanding the occasion, then carefully select styles that suit both the individual and the event. Each dress is professionally fitted, with honest guidance and attention to detail, ensuring the wearer feels confident, comfortable and beautifully dressed.
What sizes do you carry?
Our collection ranges from size 0 to size 18, across a carefully curated selection of styles. Each fitting is focused on achieving a beautiful, confident fit for the individual.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during prom and ball season. However, we will always do our best to accommodate enquiries where availability allows.
What happens if plans change?
We understand that plans can change. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide a credit in accordance with our terms and conditions.
