Everyone is still talking about the Royal Wedding and that amazing sermon from the Pastor, which was very uplifting, thoughtful and quite entertaining.
I would like to highlight how beautiful Megan Markles looked in her wedding dress as she was elegantly poised with her husband Prince Harry saying their vows. It was a wonderful choice of dress that was sophisticated, stylish and yet very timeless.
The other highlight of the day was seeing all of the gorgeous dresses worn by the celebrity guests, friends and family members. It was a beautiful sight to see the vibrant colours and stylish designs that complimented the upbeat tone for the day. It was almost like a fashion parade where the most gorgeous dresses were worn.
If you were there what style of dress would you of gone for? There were quite a few muted tones worn like Oprah Winfrey in a blush double tired dress by Stella McCartney with matching pumps and handbag. Serena William’s outfit was wearing a pink Versace dress. Some of the guests wore some very vibrant and bright colours. Her Majesty Queen wore a lovely lime green flared dress and matching coat by Stuart Parvin. Victoria Beckham wore an outfit from her own collection which was beautifully tailored and chic. Megan’s co-star from ‘Suits’ Gina Torres wore a stunning red lace dress with matching ivory accessories. There was also a lot of florals worn by the guests, in a wide variety of styles and colours which was just perfect for the occasion.
Watching the event on the TV was like watching a fashion parade, I don’t think we will see another wedding quite so glamorous and colourful.
